I started this blog to share travel ideas and tips with others and to keep me motivated to want to travel to places far and wide I've always wanted to see. As a lover and avid reader of history, I naturally gravitate towards Italy, Greece, Spain - and all the areas covered by the ancient Roman and Greek civilizations.
I'm wondering if Greece will be a great place to visit soon with all the issues going on there. That may sound strange, but what if Greeces leaves the Euro? It would have to issue its own currency, and that would likely be a devalued currency, which would in theory make everything in Greece less expensive.
Thus I'm thinking Greece would be a most excellent place to visit, riotting notwithstanding.
